Multi-view workspace. Company, Resourcing, People, Department, and Forecast tabs share the same plan—filter by operating unit, scope, and presence without rebuilding spreadsheets.
Penciled vs confirmed. Hold tentative staffing as penciled, then confirm when the plan is solid. Over-capacity edits require an explicit acknowledgement.
People and placeholders. Assign real staff or named placeholders, edit monthly hours inline, and claim imported resource shells when invites match.

Live payment schedules. Forecast rolls up active and approved schedules from active contracts—draft schedules stay in Contract Billing until approved.
Project actions in context. Hide from Operations, complete, or archive from Forecast rows when you need the list to match delivery reality.
Project-level Resourcing tab. Every project still has a Resourcing grid for day, week, or month planning with rates and planned value when billing rates resolve.
