By accessing and using Core MSP Platform ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Core MSP Platform provides managed service provider tools and services including but not limited to:

• Customer relationship management
• Project and ticket management
• Inventory and asset tracking
• Team collaboration tools
• Reporting and analytics
• Document management

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core MSP Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
