6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and gather analytics:

  • Essential cookies for platform functionality
  • Analytics cookies to understand usage patterns
  • Preference cookies to remember your settings

We do not currently present a cookie consent banner. The analytics and session replay technologies described in Section 7 load automatically on the pages listed there, subject to the exclusions described in that section.

7. Analytics and Session Replay

We use third-party analytics and session replay services to understand how the platform is used and to diagnose errors. These services process information about your visit, including pages viewed, interactions with page elements, and technical details about your browser and device.

PostHog (product analytics). PostHog records page views, automatically captured interactions such as clicks, and page-leave events. Analytics requests are routed through a subdomain we operate. Session recording is enabled only inside the signed-in product application; it is turned off on our public marketing pages.

LogRocket (session replay). LogRocket records a replayable session of your interactions with the signed-in application. It is loaded only in our production environment, and only after the page has finished its initial work. For signed-in staff users, we associate the session with that user's account identifier and email address. Recording is stopped for the remainder of the page whenever a sensitive route is entered.

Both services are excluded entirely on shared-secret, OAuth authorization, survey, approval, public form, and authentication-landing pages. On sign-in, sign-up, and customer portal pages, page views are recorded without query-string parameters.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our platform.
