Platform Roadmap
Use the admin roadmap board to prioritize Asana-linked platform work, review Core time totals, and collaborate with comments
Overview
The Platform Roadmap in Admin > Features > Roadmap is a hybrid board for platform planning. Asana remains the task source for imported titles and descriptions, while Core owns roadmap priority, lane order, comments, mentions, and time display.
Use Sync Asana to refresh the board from the configured Asana project. Core preserves roadmap lane order and priority while updating linked task metadata from Asana.
Time Tracking
Roadmap card totals come from Core time entries that are linked to the card's Asana task. The board does not read totals from Everhour.
To log roadmap time, Core finds the project in the active admin tenant that is linked to the roadmap Asana project. When Everhour sync is enabled, Core sends logged time there in the background.
Time entered only in the Everhour browser extension will not appear on the roadmap unless it is also imported into Core with an Asana task link.
Comments and Mentions
Roadmap comments stay in Core and are not synced to Asana. Use @name in a comment to mention a staff teammate; Core sends an inbox notification when notification preferences allow it.
Current Scope
Core does not sync Asana comments, push lane changes to Asana sections, or create a separate Everhour read layer for this board.
